Although an ACX account is invaluable for uploading samples, auditioning and getting yourself noticed by authors and producers, it also pays to have a dedicated YouTube account. Free, easy to use and also very easy to link to your blog and Facebook page, I have found it to be another useful tool in promoting my work.

However, uploading audio samples isn't straightforward (no matter what the actual hints and tips on YouTube itself tell you!). After a bit of searching I came across Tunes2Tube which converts audio clips and a photo of your choice to a video clip and uploads it to your account in seconds:
